Rome Hero Foxes album release party was an absolutely fantastic show. The release party was held on August 3 at an Airbnb in the Montrose district of the bands' hometown Houston Texas by Sub HTX. The night started with No Rehearsal their strong bass riffs and indie rock grooves. Camera Cult was up, a 3-piece band with a strong electronica background provided a subtle change in space for the night giving the full backyard serious 1975 feels. Roam Hero Foxes took the stage, and the whole room came to life playing their new album “18 summers” in its entirety. Their new album has a classic feel with a new twist with “Chest Piece” and “Lost in a room” giving strong tempo changes and great melodies. Their new album brought a new vision for the band moving away from their punk roots toward a more indie rock feel. With songs like “Break your Own Bones” that seems perfect for a movie montage and “San Junipero” perfect for a road trip to the beach, Rome Hero Foxes new album is full of amazing tracks that are an ideal summer soundtrack.
